No client relationship until engaged
Sending an enquiry or attending an initial consultation does not create a professional relationship. We act for a client only once a written engagement letter has been issued and accepted, and any required identity checks have been completed.
The engagement letter, not this website, sets out the scope of work, responsibilities, fees and terms of business for clients.
Fees quoted on this site
This website does not publish fixed prices. Any fee is quoted individually in writing after we understand the work involved, and is confirmed before work begins.
Liability
We do not accept liability for loss arising from reliance on general information published on this website. Liability in respect of client work is dealt with in the engagement letter for that work.
We do not guarantee that the website will be available without interruption or free from error, although we will address problems promptly when we become aware of them.
Intellectual property
The text, layout, graphics and articles on this website belong to the practice unless stated otherwise. You may read, print and share pages for your own use, but not republish them as your own content.
